Sharian Montford is a passionate worship leader, biblical teacher, speaker, and ministry mentor whose life's mission is to equip the Body of Christ to experience the transforming presence of God through authentic praise, worship, and the teaching of His Word. For decades, she has faithfully served the local church by developing worship leaders, strengthening praise teams, mentoring musicians, and inspiring believers to cultivate a deeper, more intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

As the Founder of Serenity Music Ministries Ministries, Sharian is committed to raising spiritually mature worshippers who understand that worship is more than music—it is a lifestyle of surrender, obedience, and devotion to God. Through dynamic Praise and Worship Workshops, leadership training, conferences, retreats, and ministry events, she equips churches with practical tools and biblical principles that build excellence in worship while nurturing hearts that pursue God's presence.

With a strong musical foundation, including studies in Music Education with a vocal concentration, Sharian combines musical excellence with biblical instruction, helping worship teams grow in unity, confidence, and spiritual sensitivity. Her workshops address topics such as the heart of worship, the role of the worship leader, team dynamics, vocal development, spiritual preparation, prophetic worship, and creating an atmosphere where the Holy Spirit is free to move.

Beyond music ministry, Sharian is a certified chaplain, life coach, teacher, and encourager whose compassionate approach has touched lives in churches, communities, hospitals, and ministry settings. Her ability to minister to the whole person has made her a trusted voice of hope, healing, and restoration.

A survivor and powerful testimony of God's faithfulness, Sharian's life reflects the truth of Psalm 118:17: "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord." Every message she shares and every song she leads points people to the healing, freedom, and life-changing power of Jesus Christ.
