Psalmist,Speaker, Evangelist, Songwriter, Playwright, Author, Producer & Director,Social Worker,Casemanager,Life Coach Chaplain. Sharian is the wife of Pastor & Pastor,Dr.James O. Montford Jr.Mother of two adult children, Sherebiah & Vinson, both of whom are saved, and Born again, and a doting grandmother to a sixteen years old, Prince Nathanial M. White.
Sharian ministers with her husband,and in her own workforce at Mustard Seed Faith Outreach Ministries Inc., which is a not for profit organization, who’s ministry platform targets, families, men in transition, youth in detention, outreach to the wayward, homeless, youth in everyday living skills.and counseling for family life.
Sharian speclizes in Life Coaching,Leadership Development,Conflict Resolution Skills,Personal Development,and Character Building.For all ages.
Her covering church is Chapel Hill of Atlanta, where she is in ministry on the Intercessory Prayer Team, and the New Life Class and more.
Sharian, is an alumni of Albany State University, where she studied as a Music Education Major/Vocal Concentrations. There, she studied voice, opera, gospel, classical, etc. She remained to her gospel roots by raking all her training in for the Kingdom of God.Where she operated in her field of fine arts as plays,and skits in the Albany State Fine Art Programs,she was in many plays such as playing the part of 'Annie' in the famous and world renowed George Gershwin play 'Porgy n Bess.' Bringing in 1 million dollars for the college funding.
Sharian, received her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Christian Education/Sociology, Family Life and Relationships from Restoration Theological Seminary. She recieved her Masters Degree in Life Coaching at RTS,and Life Coaching Certification,Certified Chaplain.Sharian is preparing now to work on her Doctorate in Counseling in Crisis and Trauma,Family Relations,and Life Coaching and Behavior Sciences for Youth.
Sharian, has worked for the State of Georgia Government for 30 plus years in several, services as Ongoing Protective Services for Children at the Dekalb Department of Family and Children Services in Dekalb County,Human Services & Behavioral Programs that are offered to the citizens of Ga. She has worked and set up Mental Health group homes in Douglasville,and Dougherty Counties, to name a few. She worked for Metro Community Ministries, as a Resource Manager, on a program called Neighborhood College, which service teens ages 14yrs to 17yrs that have Juvenile Justice affiliations, and High risk academic situations, to assist them in life with better choices academically, lifestyle changes to ensure them a better life. She also worked for Metro with St.John Heart of the Community Outreach Ministries,Youthbuild Program, as a Recruitor,Casemanager.Coordinator of Programs,which ran for 3yrs under a Federal Government Contract.

Sharian, is the founder of Serenity Music Production Ministries, which is under this same organizational umbrella of Mustard Seed Faith. Sharian heads up all of the music, she is the praise and worship leader, play producer, author of written manuals, teacher and instructor for others with a desire to sing or simply lead worship, solo ministry, songwriting and more.
Sharian is, a Licensed and Ordained Minister, she frequents,concerts, speaking engagements, for women conferences, youth ministries etc. Sharian’s ministry platform fits every demographic in the Kingdom from babies to the elderly. She loves God’s people.
Sharian, has produced one 10 song Cd,” In the Presence of the Lord”, along with a 5 song video. Three singles, Hope for the Hopeless” “Forgiven” and “Elshaddai”. Sharian is now working on a new project title “The Beauty of Praise” which will be out no later than December 2017. Sharian is the writer of all the songs on her Cd’s. And more to come. Sharian’s single came out 2021” Psalm 92 “It’s A Good Thing to Give Thanks to the Lord”,along with an anointed video of worship titled ' Your Name '. On Youtube.
Sharian is now working on a new praise single title” It’s a Good thing to Give Thanks” which will be released in September 2024.A 10 song collection ' In You We Live And Have Our Being' one the favorites will be listed one of Sharian favorites she has written for the occasion.
Sharian has produced & Directed two Gospel Stage plays, titled “Lord Make Me Over”, and “The Call”. And a short film spinoff titled “Hidden Secrets”. Sharian’s goal is to get her stories and play story lines onto Television so that Christians and believers can have more God centered and God resolved materials in the air for The Body of Christ.One play coming ' She Met Them On the Internet'.
Sharian authored her first book in 1997, which was a Praise and Worship Manual, titled. “In the Presence of the Lord”. That is used to teach the art and transition of Praise and Worship, in workshop form. Sharian revised this Manual in 2015, with an excerpt of a powerful message of her husband that so intricately fit this manual titled, “Spiritual Warfare”. The written message itself is inserted into this book.
Sharian, has an autobiography, coming out in August 2024 titled “Artillery”, depicts Sharian’s life and the rode from her unsaved life to the walk into a saved life in the Kingdom. Which reads as a how to combat the devils in your life, on your rode to your destiny.And God's teaches who he is through a Sharian's healing from a severe stroke in 2021 titled ' God Shows Himself Mighty'.Comes out in 2024.
Sharian, is now preparing a four song video live with some of her praise and worship songs for people to worship along with her as they watch the videoing being made. She is also working on her first children song with a group of kids she formed, called, GODSKIDZ7, with a song titled “Make His Praise Glorious”, to be released October 2024.
Sharian is always in the market for background singers, actors and actresses. In the making Sharian has plans for working with other artists and producers in music and plays the rest of this year. Be on the lookout.
Sharian now looks for helping the youth through teaching them and supporting them in every way she can.
Sharian, believes that it takes a clean and holy life to do the work of the Lord, and for that work to be effective. for the saving of the soul. She makes her call an election sure.
